Wildlife Safari Park Education Programs and Day Camps

Play, explore and discover the great outdoors of Nebraska by going on one of our many education adventures! Our mission is to support the visitor's experience by promoting live viewing, educational activites, and conservation programs surrounding native animals, and enhancing public appreciation for and actions on behalf of wildlife and wild places.
Lee G. Simmon's Conservation Park and Wildlife Safari is an Association of Zoos and Aquarium-accredited institution and Omaha STEM approved.  Please contact the Education Department at (402) 738-2092 for more information.

ALL-NEW! Family Adventures

Join us for a Family Adventure! Go outside to explore the Nebraska Ecosystem at the Lee G. Simmons Wildlife Safari Park. Discover wildlife, connect with families and create new memories. The classes are planned for families with children ages 3-9.

Owl Always Love You

Owls are known for "turning heads" with their unique adaptations. Take flight with us for a lesson on what helps them thrive at night and experiment with owl pellets like a scientist. Pellets can tell us more about the owl, the ecosystems in which they live and what they've eaten, so we can learn more about their diet and place in the food web.
